Help Your Church Become Unquittable

Practical tools to prevent brokenness, burnout, and boredom in your ministry

The Slow Drift Is Real

You’ve seen it happen.

Good people — faithful, gifted, and once full of passion — slowly start to pull away. Not because they stopped loving Jesus, but because the way we’ve been doing ministry is quietly wearing them down.

It doesn’t usually happen all at once. It happens through the slow, steady accumulation of brokenness, burnout, and boredom.

"When leaders don’t have a clear plan to address these issues, the drift continues — and the cost is high."

Broken

They feel unseen, unheard, or wounded by the church.

Burnt Out

They’re serving from depletion and running on empty.

Bored

Their gifts are unused and their hearts are disengaged.

You Don’t Have to Lead This Way Anymore

As someone who has spent my whole life in church, I’ve experienced seasons of feeling broken, burnt out, and bored. At one point I looked back and asked myself, “Why have I stayed connected when so many others have drifted away?”

I started writing down the specific actions and rhythms that had kept me spiritually healthy and connected to community over the years. What emerged was a simple, repeatable framework.

That’s why I developed the 6 Unquittable Actions — a grace-filled approach that helps leaders build healthier churches without wounding people, burning them out, or slowly driving them away.

-Jon Collier, Author & Founder

A Clear Path Forward

These six practices give leaders a clear, repeatable way to prevent brokenness, burnout, and boredom before they take root. They’re not complicated theories — they’re proven, gospel-centered steps that help you lead with wisdom, create safety, protect your people’s capacity, and keep their hearts engaged for the long haul.

When leaders put these actions into practice, everything changes.

Leaders  love this

I used to dread the conversations when someone said they were thinking about quitting. I never knew what to say. I’d either try to talk them out of it or just feel like a failure. It was exhausting. Learning the Unquittable framework completely changed how I handle those moments. I actually feel equipped now instead of stuck.
Small Church Pastor
We lost two families this year, and it hit me hard. They didn’t leave angry — they just slowly faded. I keep thinking about how different it might have been if we had been paying better attention and had a plan in place. I’m grateful we’re finally working through the Unquittable framework now.
Church Planter
I had been carrying my own brokenness, pushing through seasons of depletion, and slowly losing the joy I once had in ministry. It was humbling to see that I was living many of the same patterns I was trying to help others escape.
